ÉCLAT, National Centre for Street Arts and Arts in Public Space, is: organization of the Aurillac Festival since 1986 - International Street Theater Festival, hosting of artists in residence at the Parapluie - open since 2004 - or in the Cantal region, the distribution of shows and the setting up of cultural projects throughout the year.
